there's actually no information to be
found on this page other than the hint that, if

Chatsubo stuff, you should have a look at The Tea Bowl
which is a site maintained by Joel Benford. There
you'll find the list of frequently asked (and
answered) questions to this particular newsgroup,
a huge archive of stories and a previous version
of the character database.
If you're feeling brave, you can just start

- but don't feel too put out if they start
